P60's

Information about P60's

PAYE Modernisation has ended the P60 process from 2019 onwards. Please see revenue website for further information about this.

Your 2018 P60 is the last P60 you will receive from NUI Galway. 

You can view P60's that were issued to you between 2013 and 2018 online. See details below.

How to access P60s online

Log into CorePortal using your campus account credentials to access P60s online

In Employee Dashboard click on "Pay"

How to generate a P60 document in English or as Gaeilge

The document will automatically generate in English but if you want to view it as Gaeilge, click on the Globe symbol and select Gaeilge.

Then click on the year that you wish to generate a P60.

Yeas 2018 to 2016 are displayed in the front screen.  However if you wish to view P60's between 2013 and 2015 then you need to click on View All

When you have selected the year you want to view, a View P60 information screen will display.

Click on the Generate P60 button at the bottom of this screen to download your official P60

Your official P60 will open in a new window and you can view, print or save it.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLOSE YOUR P60 WINDOW WHEN FINISHED
