Your Bank Account Details

You must have a SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) bank account which includes a BIC and IBAN to be paid via payroll.

SEPA payments are electronic payment transfers between bank accounts in the euro countries and a few other countries that participate in SEPA to support EUR bank transfers. The full list can be found here.

Example: Your Revolut bank details can be used because Revolut supports SEPA payments and each individual bank account has a BIC and IBAN number.

Can payroll pay in Foreign Currency?

Fees and expenses processed by payroll must be in Euro currency.  If expenses are in foreign currency you must convert the value on the receipt into Euro. You may use XE currency converter to assist you.
