PLURILINGMEDIA Workshop explores Minority Language Media Audiences
A policy workshop within the COST Action Plurilingmedia brought together researchers, media practitioners and policymakers at the University of Galway this April. The workshop, organised by Verena Platzgummer, aimed to examine how changing consumption habits are reshaping minority language media across Europe. Discussions focused on multilingual audiences and evolving media practices, addressing perspectives from language policy and activism – on the basis of which a policy brief is now being developed.
