There will be a special screening of the Argentine film Camila (1984) by María Luisa Bemberg next Thursday 3rd October at 13:30 in the Bank of Ireland Theatre in the O’Donoghue Center (with English subtitles). The Argentine Ambassador will be there to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the film’s release. The film has a really interesting connection to Ireland, Camila O'Gorman.
There will also be a wine reception after the film (wine, soft drinks and “alfajores” – sweet food from Argentina) at 16:00 in the Hardiman Building, room G010.
