MP491: This course is an introduction to the analysis of systems of nonlinear ordinary differential equations and maps. (5 ECTS, 24 lecture hours, 100+ students.) 

MP346: This is a mathematical methods course, and amongst the topics considered are the heat equation, Laplace's equation, Sturm-Liouville theory, the Fourier transform, and the numerical solution of partial differential equations using finite difference techniques. (5 ECTS, 24 lecture hours, 50+ students.)

MP345: This course introduces some advanced methods of mathematical physics for solving ordinary differential equations, using analytical, series approximation and numerical methods. (5 ECTS, 24 lecture hours, 50+ students.)

MP365: This course consists of an introduction to the theory of fluid mechanics. Topics covered include: a review of vector calculus and differential operators, ideal fluids, Bernoulli's equation, irrotational flow, stream functions, potential theory, the Navier-Stokes equations, elementary viscous flow with examples, very viscous flows. (5 ECTS, 24 lecture hours, 50+ students.)
