You can use the 'Tab Names' content type to embed a mini tabbed segment into a page that contains other content.
Just leave the 'Title' and 'Introduction paragraph' fields empty and turn on the border (so that it's clear where the tabbed content stops and your page's other content starts again.
Aesthetically, it's best not to use a headline inside a mini tabbed segment - let the tab label be your headline.
So add a 'Content (no title)' to your 'Tab 1 Content' section (and all the others you've defined)

If no sidebar was defined (or the sidebar was suppressed) the tabs would take up all the available width of the screen.
Just like normal tabs, you can add whatever content you want here.
