Michelle Concannon
SVP Technology Signify Health
Michelle Concannon is the Technology Leader at Signify Health Ireland and Global SVP of Technology for Oak Street Health, both part of the CVS Healthspire brand. Signify & Oak Street’s technology teams deliver end to end solutions that support a large ecosystem of clinical staff care for older adults on Medicare (US federal Health Insurance Programs) through a combination of in home health assessments & in office visits.
Michelle's career path showcases a remarkable ability to navigate diverse leadership roles and is dedicated to building talented teams and products with inclusive and collaborative cultures. A Galway-native with over 25 years of experience in national and international leadership roles, she has worked for companies like Microsoft, Optum, and Cisco, specializing in engineering, data, AI, and product.
Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems from University of Limerick, Master’s degree in Computing from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology & Nanodegree in Machine Learning.
