Jane graduated with a MSc in Software Engineering from Athlone Institute of Technology (now TUS) in 2004. She has since developed a robust 20-year career delivering high-quality SaaS solutions across various sectors, supported by over a decade of active research in both academic and industrial settings, resulting in publications both nationally and internationally. Her enthusiasm for technology has ensured continuous improvement of her technical expertise, using AI and informed data-driven strategies when appropriate. She is an early adopter of Microsoft Copilot, and as a member of the Copilot Champs team, works to increase AI adoption across the Microsoft Dublin site.

At Microsoft, as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, Jane is engaged in upholding the company's mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.
