Jane Reilly
Director of Software Engineering,ServiceNow
Jane Adaline Reilly serves as the Director of Software Engineering at ServiceNow in Dublin, where she leads the Impact teams across EMEA. Her core responsibilities include overseeing AI governance and driving the global deployment of AI capabilities within the Impact organization globally.
With over 15 years of experience, Jane has built a distinguished career in software engineering leadership across a range of sectors, including energy trading, telecommunications, financial services, HR, and project management. She has contributed to organizations of all sizes—from agile startups to global enterprises such as Ericsson, Workday, and Microsoft. Jane is passionate about bringing teams together to solve complex problems and deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
Academically, Jane holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Technical University of the Shannon, along with postgraduate certifications in AI and Learning from NUI Galway and NUI Maynooth. A long-time advocate for data and machine learning, she has led collaborative research initiatives with Irish universities, exploring areas such as short-term energy price forecasting and AI-driven workflow optimization
Jane is especially drawn to projects that sit at the intersection of behavioural science and computer science—where advancements in AI and technology can be harnessed to meaningfully transform how people work, collaborate, and make decisions.
