Who is eligible for the University of Sanctuary (UoS) Scholarship Programme?

Do all Scholarship applicants have to apply for SUSI before applying for the UoS scholarship?
Anyone who has their International Protection, Subsidiary Protection or Leave to Remain status for 3 years must apply for SUSI before applying for the UoS scholarship, and all Irish citizens must apply for SUSI before applying for the UoS scholarship

Can people who are entering their second or third year of study apply for the UoS scholarship?
Only new entrants can apply for the UoS scholarship. Please see www.nuigalway.ie/sanctuary/scholarships for more information.

Are there part-time scholarships?
A: Currently, no, there are no part-time UoS scholarships but this is something which we are currently working on for future years.
