Course Content:

Power BI is a data visualisation and reporting platform by Microsoft. It is part of the Microsoft power Platform, which also includes Power Apps, Power Automate.

Power BI allows users to create interactive visualisations and business intelligence reports from various data sources, with an interface simple enough for end users to use.

Power BI is used by business professionals for data analysis and decision making. Power BI is a unified, scalable platform for self-service and enterprise business intelligence (BI). Connect to and visualise any data, and seamlessly infuse the visuals into the apps you use every day.

There are specific pre-requisites for the programme:

You need a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, gained from the workplace or by prior attendance on an IT course.
You need to have Power BI desktop version on your training day computer. NB: this will not be fixable on the day.
