Arrange your Appointment Online

During the Covid-19 pandemic, students are not permitted to enter the Health Unit without a prior appointment which you can now arrange by completing the forms below. 

Please complete the Appointment Request form (if you need to arrange a consultation) or Prescription Request form (to renew current medications).

We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to organise an appointment which will take the form of either a telephone or face to face consultation. Please note our call will appear as a private number when we return your call so please ensure to have your phone in an area with adequate coverage to take the call.

Please note, this service operates from Monday to Friday ONLY. For any urgent queries, please phone 091 492604.

International students who require medical care/medication during their time in University of Galway, must provide written evidence from their home physician regarding their medical care/medications. Please ensure to arrange this before you leave your home country.
