Dr. Pilar Alderete Diez has officially completed the Aurora programme, run by Advance HE – and what an incredible experience it has been!
Dr. Alderete Diez says that over the past months, Aurora has challenged, stretched, and inspired her in so many ways. The programme brought together powerful modules exploring leadership identity, strategic influence, communication, and building confidence in different but adaptive leadership styles. Each session offered practical insight, reflection, and honest conversation about what leadership really looks like in complex environments.
