Valuing Marine Ecosystems presented to the British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly, May 13th 2019
Date Released: 13 May 2019On Monday 13 May, Stephen Hynes gave a keynote address on Valuing Marine Ecosystem Services at the British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly (BIPA) Plenary on 13th May last. Stephen was also joined by his European Marine Board (EMB) VALMARE working group colleague Prof Melanie Austen (Plymouth Marine Laboratory, UK). Stephen and Melanie presented the results of the SEMRU “Valuing Ireland’s Blue Ecosystem Services” report and the EMB's Future Science Brief n°5 report “Valuing Marine Ecosystems”.
