Research Updates March 2021
- Dr. Stephan Rudykh is joining the School as Senior Lecturer in Applied Mathematics. He is bringing a € 2M ERC Starter grant to fund his research for the coming five years (a lab, 4 postdocs, 7 PhDs). Stephan has already recruited one postdoctoral fellow and two postgraduates who will start as soon as the logistics are sorted;
- Dr. Harold Berjamin won an Individual Marie Skłodowska Curie Fellowship (€ 185k). It will fund his research for 2021-2023;
- Prof. Michel Destrade joins 7 other participants in an upcoming Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network (€ 3.7m) 2021-2025. He will recruit a PhD student;
- Dr. Bharat Tripathi and Dr. Valentina Balbi are advertising one College PhD Scholarship each, see attached files;
- Billy Ray started his PhD under the supervision of Dr. Mark Howard.
