Dr Taymi Milán to Present Research on Whistleblowing and Public Integrity at EGOS 2026

Dr Taymi Milán Paradela will participate in the Pre-Colloquium Post-Doctoral & Early Career Workshop 2026 and in the 42nd EGOS Colloquium, Bergamo 2026, one of the leading international academic events in the field of organization studies. As part of the Pre-Colloquium Development Workshops, Dr Milán will take part in PDW 04 – “Rethinking Research Methods and Approaches for Desirable Futures”. During this workshop, she will present the accepted short paper “Time as an Erosive Mechanism: Methodological Challenges in Studying Whistleblowing and Public Integrity”, co-authored with Professor Kate Kenny. Dr Milán is the lead author of the paper.

The paper develops a methodological reflection on the challenges of studying time as an erosive mechanism in whistleblowing and public integrity cases. It contributes to current debates on research methods, temporality, and desirable futures in organization studies.
