Whistleblowing Research Conference 2026

Researchers from across the world will gather in Montréal for the Research Conference on Whistleblowing, hosted by Whistleblowing Canada in collaboration with Université du Québec à Montréal and University of Ottawa on 27–28 May 2026. The conference will bring together scholars and practitioners working on whistleblowing, accountability, and organisational ethics. Taymi Milan and Kate Kenny will present their paper, “It’s Time to Talk About Time: Toward a Theory of Temporal Justice in Whistleblowing.” The event aims to strengthen international collaboration and advance critical research on whistleblower protection and democratic accountability. The conference highlights the growing global importance of whistleblowing scholarship in addressing organisational wrongdoing.
