Place: Our university is in a unique and vibrant region along Ireland’s western and northwestern Atlantic coast, deeply connected to the world through extensive international partnerships. From here collaborate with over 5,300 institutions across 181 countries, driving impactful research on a global scale. In addition, we are actively involved in 240 industry-led projects, fostering innovation and real-world solutions. Galway is known worldwide as a hub of innovation, culture and creativity, and is one of six global hubs for medical device development.
