Joint Conference of ISEH ICEPH & ISEG Registration

Attention: All abstracts whose presenting authors have not registered by June 15 will be removed from the conference programme!

Following logging in, click "Registration" on the top of webpage of the online system. If you need a Letter of Invitation, you are required to provide the relevant details on the online registration system at Step "4: Additional Information".
Registration Fees*

*The Conference registration fee includes the following:

** Students: The student delegates fee is available to students enrolled in an accredited college or university programme. A copy of your student ID Card as an image is required on the online registration system.
*** Accompanying persons are family members (e.g., spouse, children above 18 years old) who are accompanying delegates to attend the conference. Colleagues, collaborators and co-authors are not recognized as accompanying persons. They are required to register as delegates for the conference.
All delegates must have their registration fee paid in full before June 15, to have their abstracts included in the conference programme.
On-site registration: Euro 650. On-site registration is only available for non-presenting delegates. No letter of invitation will be issued for delegates of on-site registration.

Letter of invitation for Chinese delegates travelling with a Passport for Public Affairs
If you need to apply for a Passport for Public Affairs, you are required to follow the above registration process. On the registration system step 4: Additional Information, input all the required information and "Passport number: TBA (To be advised)". The Conference Administration will send you the 1st letter of invitation via email for your passport application.
When you have your Passport for Public Affairs, you are required to edit your registration details on the registration system and update your passport number on the system. The Conference Administration will send you the 2nd letter of invitation for visa application.
Allow 2 working days for the conference administration to issue the letter of invitation. If you do not receive the letter of invitation after two working days after completion of registration, please feel free to contact the conference administration via: iseh-iceph-iseg@gowest.ie.

Children under 18 years old
Children under 18 years old are not permitted to attend the conference. All participants on a field trip including children under 18 must purchase a ticket for the fieldtrip. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the field trip. The supervision and well-being of children under 18 is the sole responsibility of their parent or legal guardian. Please email iseh-iceph-iseg@gowest.ie if you wish to purchase a ticket for a field trip for a spouse or family member who is not registered as an accompanying person. Please send details of the tour that you wish to book and the number of tickets that you require. Subject to availability, the conference administrators will send you a payment link to book the tickets that you require.
