General conference programme:

Book of Programme is printed. Delegates will receive a hard copy at the registration desk. You can also download a digital copy from the link above. A copy of Book of Abstracts will be provided digitally on a USB disk. Full papers can be submitted to special issues of journals (see details in the Book of Programme).
Oral Presentations: The time for an oral presentation (including those from invited speakers) in a parallel session is 15 minutes (12 minutes talk + 3 minutes Q&A). All speakers must submit their presentations to the Audio Visual technician in the Speaker Preview Room on a USB key, one day before their presentation.
Poster Presentations: A poster stand of approximate size A0 will be provided for displaying posters. Posters should be presented in A0 size, portrait, i.e. 1189mm x 841mm. All posters will be displayed from Sunday August 11th (from 17:00) until Thursday August 15th in Áras na Mac Léinn.
Welcome Reception: Please join us for a Welcome Reception at Áras na Mac Léinn on University of Galway campus. Meet with colleagues old and new. Light refreshments will be served.

Fieldtrips and Networking: Daily trips on August 16, 17, 18 to 1. Cliffs of Moher, 2. Connemara, 3. Aran Islands. The purpose of the fieldtrips is to provide more opportunities of networking for delegates who wish to establish collaboration, while exploring the special natural environment of Ireland. The fieldtrips are three separate daily trips, each trip to one of the three destinations, departing from Galway in the morning and returning to Galway in the evening. Tickets for the fieldtrips (not included in conference registration fee) can be purchased on the online registration system. Conference Gala Dinner: The Conference Gala Dinner in the evening of August 14 provides further opportunities of networking while enjoying the traditional Irish food and culture.
