Joint Conference of ISEH ICEPH & ISEG Abstract Submission

All delegates must have their registration fees paid in full before June 15, to have their abstracts included in the conference programme.

You will need the following information to submit your abstract: 

1. Your email address to create an account;

2. Choose 'Organized sessions' or 'General topics'; Choose presentation format ('Oral' or 'Poster'); Input Abstract title and text; Fill in Author details; Choose the topic. 

Once submitted, you can edit your abstract on the system until the deadline has passed.

An abstract must be submitted in English. Abstracts are accepted for poster and oral sessions. Both original and review presentations are welcome. For original research, an abstract must contain the following contents: Importance of the work and objectives; Methodologies; Main results and conclusion. Incomplete abstracts will be rejected. 

The word limit for an abstract in Joint Conference of ISEH, CEPH & ISEG is 300 words. The abstract submission system will automatically count the words. Any abstract with more than 300 words will be automatically rejected! The time for an oral presentation (including those from invited speakers) in a parallel session will be 15 minutes (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A).

For those invited by a session convener, you are required to choose "Organized Sessions" track on the system and choose the corresponding session topic provided by your session convener. The sessions are listed in the alphabetical order of the surnames of the first conveners for sessions.

For ordinary delegates, you are required to choose "General Topics" track and tick the most appropriate topic when you submit your abstract online.

Abstract limit: One delegate is allowed to submit ONE abstract as the Presenting Author, excluding co-authorship with other delegates. Choose your most important work to present in this conference.
