Speaker Bio: Aonghus KELLY is an Irish lawyer and Human Rights Advisor to the Northern Ireland Policing Board. Over the past 18 years Aonghus has lived and worked in various international settings, most recently in Ukraine for three years after stints in the UK, Iraq, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Libya, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania and Cambodia on human rights issues, the rule of law and international criminal law. Aonghus undertook his undergraduate studies at University College Cork (UCC), a masters in International Human Rights Law at the Irish Centre for Human Rights, a masters in Sustainability Leadership in Cambridge University, a diploma in Islamic Studies from Sarajevo University and has been admitted to practice law in 5 jurisdictions (New Zealand, Ireland, England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Cambodia).
