The Irish Centre for Human Rights (ICHR) at University of Galway recently played a key role in a training/capacity-building initiative with Ukrainian judges and Irish Rule of Law International (IRLI). This initiative was led by ICHR Masters alumni Aonghus Kelly, Head of the International Crimes Prosecution Unit at the EU Advisory Mission Ukraine, and Michelle Drury, Pro Bono Manager at IRLI and a practising barrister.

This initiative also involved Professor Shane Darcy, Dr Paul Bradfield, and Professor Ray Murphy from the Irish Centre for Human Rights.
