University PhD Write-up Bursary 2024 'NOW CLOSED'
A limited number of write-up bursaries are being offered to address the problems being encountered by full-time PhD students who are near to completing their theses yet who find themselves, for whatever reason, without funding.
Applications from students will be considered if:
- in the Colleges of Arts, Social Sciences and Celtic Studies or Business, Public Policy and Law, they have a full draft of their thesis completed.
- in the Colleges of Science and Engineering , Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, they have a full draft of the methodology and materials and all the results chapters
The closing date for completed applications is 17:00 Friday, 19 April 2024.

Sparánachtaí na hOllscoile le tráchtas a chríochnú 2024 'DÚNTA'
Beidh roinnt sparánachtaí le tráchtas PhD a chríochnú á gcur ar fáil do mhic léinn PhD lánaimseartha a bhfuil a gcuid tráchtas beagnach críochnaithe acu ach nach bhfuil maoiniú acu, ar chúis éigin, chun iad a chríochnú.
Déanfar iarratais ó mhic léinn a mheas má chomhlíonann siad na critéir seo a leanas:
- i gColáiste na nDán, na nEolaíochtaí Sóisialta agus an Léinn Cheiltigh nó i gColáiste an Ghnó, an Bheartais Phoiblí agus an Dlí, go bhfuil dréacht iomlán dá dtráchtas críochnaithe acu.
- i gColáiste na na hEolaíochta agus na hInnealtóireachta, agus i gColáiste an Leighis, an Altranais agus na nEolaíochtaí Sláinte, go bhfuil dréacht iomlán den mhodheolaíocht agus de na hábhair acu, agus de na caibidlí torthaí ar fad.
