International Meeting on Psychological and Behavioural Aspects of Cardiovascular Health
International Meeting on Psychological and Behavioural Aspects of Cardiovascular Health, 27th February 2025, Uppsala University, Sweden Professor Molly Byrne, of the School of Psychology at University of Galway, will deliver a keynote address to an International scientific meeting of the Swedish Society for Behaviour Medicine, in collaboration with the ENLIGHT University Alliance. https://enlight-eu.org/ The meeting has been convened by Prof Erik Olsson, the Chair of the Swedish Society for Behaviour Medicine. The meeting focuses on Psychological and Behavioural Aspects of Cardiovascular Health. Symposia include: ‘The Role of Stress in Cardiovascular Disease (CVD)’; ‘Interventions in Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Management’; and ‘Innovative Approaches Towards Better (Mental) Health in People with CVD.’ Prof Byrne’s address will focus on ‘Using Behavioural Science to Optimise Interventions for CVD.’ Researchers from Ghent Univeristy (Belgium) and Tilberg University (Netherlands) will also deliver keynote addresses.
