Women in farming

FLIARA Project

New research from University of Galway, Longford Women's Link and Teagasc has identified nine policy priorities to support women-led innovation in Irish farming and rural areas, including finance, skills, digitalisation, gender inclusion and the CAP. The findings, led by Professor Maura Farrell and includes Aisling Murtagh and Louise Weir (School of Geography, Archaeology and Irish Studies), are part of the Horizon Europe-funded FLIARA project.
