Dr Eugene Farrell was an invited speaker for IPI's annual Marine Spatial Planning CPD series. Eight webinars were delivered in October-November 2023 with the support of the Department of Housing, Local Government Heritage. Over 120 planners attended Dr Farrell's seminar on the challenges and opportunities for coastal and marine planning the coming decade(s).
