In the context of a workshop dedicated to the role of the EU Court, Judge Prechal, who is also Professor of EU law at the Europa Institute of Utrecht University, spoke on the Court’s preliminary jurisdiction while Dr. Pech delivered a paper focusing on the impact of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.
