Nominations Open
We are delighted to announce that nominations for the University of Galway Alumni Awards 2025 are now open. We invite you to submit your nominations for this year’s awards.
The alumni award categories for 2025 are:
- Arts, Literature and Celtic Studies
- Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences
- Business and Commerce
- Engineering, Science and Technology
- Law, Public Policy and Society
- Contribution to Sport
- Gaeilge
- Emerging Leader – within 15 years of graduation.
The Alumni Awards Gala Banquet will include the presentation of the Alumni Awards and will be held on campus on Friday, 23 May 2025. This event honours the exceptional achievements of our Alumni Award recipients, celebrating their leadership and contributions at local, national, and global levels.
We welcome all nominations of potential candidates on a strictly confidential basis. Nominations should not be discussed with the nominee.
Deadline for Nominations:
