Library Access
As a graduate of the University of Galway, you are entitled to free lifetime access to the library.
To join:
- Provide a copy of your transcripts or conferring parchment.
- Complete the library card application form and upload your documents.
- Submit the form to the library.
A library staff member will contact you when your card is ready for collection.

Recent graduates (within three years of graduation) can access Careers Connect to explore tailored job opportunities from leading employers across all sectors.

Exam Transcripts
To order transcripts, contact the Student Registry Helpdesk .
Processing times:
- Standard transcripts: 10 working days
- Archive transcripts (pre-1986): up to 5 weeks
