The online or versions of the Office applications provide most of the features and functionalities of the client version and can be accessed via the Microsoft 365 Portal. Guides and video tutorials on how to use the online version of Microsoft Office are available on the University’s Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways support site.
Should you wish to continue to use a locally installed copy of Microsoft Office on your device, the most economical way to do this is to purchase a subscription to Microsoft 365 in a personal capacity. This can be done here and currently costs €69 per annum.
