- Please note that your student email address and details regarding account activation and access are forwarded to you a few days after you accept your offer.
***If you haven't received your MFA email, please email servicedesk@universityofgalway.ie ONLY as this is not managed by Registration - IT are the Dept that will advise you on your MFA and access ***
- NEW STUDENTS: Any queries about your application such as: course deposit, application requirements, visa etc must be directed to postgradadmissions@universityofgalway.ie, we can only assist you once you have accepted your offer.
- Research students, direct all correspondence to pgresearch@universityofgalway.ie and click here for PG Research Orientation Information - we only advise on your REGISTRATION , for all other queries please refer to the PG research Starting University weblink
- Any queries regarding start of term teaching dates, orientation, course set up etc, these are all to be directed to the relevant Dept /Dept Website / Course co-ordinator
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED - How do I Register?
Registrations this late in the academic year require permission to return to studies. Obtain Permission from College / School and forward to registration@universityofgalway.ie
Contact the Fees Office at fees@universityofgalway.ie . Once the Fees Office have cleared you to register, email registration@universityofgalway.ie with confirmation of same.
In order for us to manually register you, we require your authorisation in writing that you want to register and accept the Universities Terms & Conditions.
I am hereby bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in the attached link and by emailing registration@universityofgalway.ie I confirm my consent.

How do I get my Student ID card?
If you email a photo to registration@universityofgalway.ie and include your id number in the subject line, so we can link your image, your ID card can be posted to you.
