Research Interests

My research centres on the contribution of social and political theory to the understanding of organisations. I am particularly interested in critical theory, psychoanalysis, feminism and poststructuralism, and how these perspectives can shed light on organisational ethics, identity and culture. My research currently focuses on whistleblowing in organizations. I welcome working with PhD students in any of these areas, and on related ideas.
