Where can I find access to a GP service/mental health services?
Students can find resources available through The Student Health Unit which provides on-campus medical care to full-time registered students in a confidential, professional and courteous manner.

Where can I Park?
Parking is available outside the hospital. Euro Car Parks can issue a note, so you don’t have to pay.
Is the hospital canteen subsidised?
The hospital canteen is subsidised for students. Food ranges from €2-€5 at lunchtime. Students can avail of a breakfast cereal/scone and a filter coffee/tea for just €1.
What are the Sligo Medical Academy opening hours?
Academy administration hours are 9am to 5pm.
Where can I find access to mannequins?
Mannequins can be used on request by the student. Please contact the Academy Administrator.
Where can I find access to a prayer room?
Multifaith room on level7 (to be configured), which can be used for Muslim prayers for girls. Male students requiring prayer area for Muslim prayers can do so in the mosque located in the prefab building outside the ED.
