Welcome to the School of Medicine
The School of Medicine at University of Galway is one of three Schools at the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. We have a tradition of excellence in teaching for over 175 years, and our Undergraduate Medical Programme is renowned across the world. We have a wide and varied range of postgraduate programmes aimed, with clinical and non-clinical options. Our community is research focused and our impact and partnerships are truly global. We connect and partner with community organisations, both locally, nationally and internationally. Our School has been awarded the Athena Swan Bronze Award.
