Welcome to NUI Galway
Congratulations on your acceptance to NUI Galway as a Mature Student for the academic year 2021/2022. We welcome all of you to NUI Galway. This unique programme has been designed to help make the transition back into full-time education easier for you. This will be an on-line delivery using Blackboard Collaborate, the Universities Virtual Learning Classrom.
An email will be sent to you with information and a timetable for the Return to Learning Programme which takes place on the 17th and 18th September 2021.

Important Notice regarding Parking on Campus
Parking Guidelines must be adhered to at all times as clamping is in operation. Parking at NUI Galway is operated by APCOA Ireland, more information on parking on campus click here. Please ensure you have downloaded and placed the Temporary Student Parking Permit 2019 on your car and parked in a designated Temporary Parking spot- Corrib Village and Dangan if you park on campus before you have organised an annual Student Permit.
On-Line Registration

If you require a letter of registration for the Grants Authority, Social Welfare or other; you should register as soon as possible. If you have done so before the Return to Learning Programme commences you can organise to have your letters stamped, verified etc. at this time with the Student Registry, dependant on opening under Government Guidelines.
