Lunchtime Seminar: 'N.D. and N.T. v. Spain - from the exception to the rule?'
The Irish Centre for Human Rights continues its lunchtime seminar series with a seminar on 'N.D. and N.T. v. Spain - from the exception to the rule?' by Clara Bosch March. The seminar takes place at 1pm, Friday, 10th March 2023, in the Seminar Room, Irish Centre for Human Rights and on Zoom. All are welcome to attend. Clara Bosch March is a PhD student and Hardiman scholar at the Irish Centre for Human Rights, University of Galway, where she also completed an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law in 2020. She won the First Prize of the Third Postgraduate Dissertation Prize organised by the Journal of Immigration Asylum and Nationality Law (with Hart Publishing and Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association) with her master's theses, which she conducted under the supervision of Dr Ciara Smyth. Her current doctoral research, also under the supervision of Dr Ciara Smyth, focuses on the judicial dialogue around the collective expulsion of aliens between the European Court of Human Rights and two selected case-study jurisdictions (Spain and Italy). She has published a couple of research papers, the first in the Journal of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality (2021) and the second in Les Cahiers de l'EDEM (2022).
