Asylum-Seeker Assistance Scheme Caseworker(Red Cross, Australia) - Implemented the migration support program through the assessment of cases, and the provision of casework services (2012).
Research Officer (Juvenile Justice, Australia) - Researched a family framework policy for the New South Wales Juvenile Justice system, to engage families in case management processes, youth justice conferencing, family-focused interventions and in the shaping of juvenile justice practice (2011).
Policy Officer (Liverpool Migrant Resource Centre, Australia) – Developed the centre’s policies and procedures, sourced funding opportunities, reported on project outcomes, and researched migration patterns (2010).
Regional Liaison Officer (Fast-track to Information Technology, Ireland) – Coordinated adult education information technology courses and provided employment progression training to marginalised job-seekers (2009)
Intercultural Project Coordinator (Cork City Partnership, Ireland) - Researched the ‘Cork City Integration Strategy -Connecting Communities 2008-2011’ and ‘Intercultural Toolkit for the Workplace’ (2007), and coordinated events for intercultural dialogue, Anti-Racist Workplace Week and World Refugee Day (2008).
Educational Welfare Officer (National Educational Welfare Board, Ireland) - Assisted families and schools comply with legal obligations under Educational Welfare Act 2000, by dealing with case referrals, monitoring early school leavers and school registers, liaising with welfare agencies, and initiating legal procedures (2007).
