ARC Membership
Audit and Risk Committee Membership
The Governing Authority on the recommendation of the President appoints the ARC. It consists of ten members, seven of whom shall be external members of the Governing Authority and the remainder shall be external to, and independent of, the University. In appointing members, consideration is given to the skills and independence of members as well as recent and relevant experience. The ARC shall accordingly be comprised of at least 40% women and at least 40% men across the totality of the Committee.
The Chairperson is appointed by the Governing Authority on the nomination of the President.
The Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management acts as Secretary to the ARC.
The ARC may request the attendance of other parties at meetings when items relevant to these parties are discussed.
