A Three Nominated Contact is a University of Galway staff member who is the single point of contact for each Unit‌‌/School/ College and Three Customer Care.

Check with the administration staff in your own Unit‌‌/School/College to confirm who your Nominated Contact is. If you are still unsure email Three Customer Care quoting your name, Unit‌‌/School/ College, and budget code

Check upgrade eligibility

To check if a mobile number is eligible for an upgrade, email Business Orders Direct bdorders@three.ie
or
login to Blueclick.ie from the home screen, scroll down to Services Requests, and click Check upgrade eligibility.

Enter the mobile number, enter 1 for Quantity and click Submit.

Order a Device

All Blueclick orders will automatically go to the Nominated Contact to verify and submit to Three for processing.

Activate a SIM card

  1. To activate a SIM card log in to Blueclick.ie From the home screen, scroll down to Services Requests and click Activate a new SIM card

  2. You can either activate a SIM card for a staff member currently on the University e-Government Contract or activate a SIM card for a staff member coming onto the University e-Government Contract.

  3. To activate a SIM card for a staff member who is currently on the University e-Government Contract. Tick Yes for "Is this for an existing Three user?". Enter the name under Search for a user*. Enter the New SIM Number (you can find this number printed on the back of the SIM card). Click Submit.

 

Three Monthly Bill

The monthly Three bill will be emailed to the Nominated Contact from threeanalyst@three.ie  The monthly Three Ireland bill will issue via email between the 27th and 29th of every month.

Change Three Nominated Contact

If you are no longer the Three Nominated Contact for your unit/department, please email keyaccountadminrequests@three.ie with a new department billing contact name and email address.
