Password Policy

Student Records (Quercus) passwords expire every 60 days.  After this period you can reset your password by following the steps below;

How do I change my password?

1. Go to Student Records (Quercus) 
2. At login you will be asked to enter your Old Password (current password), choose a New Password and verify. Note: passwords must be a Minimum of 8 characters (alpha + numeric).

3. Click OK and proceed to access Student Records (Quercus)

4. If you are unable to remember your password please log a ticket in Service Desk Ticketing System
