How do I access Discoverer Reports Student Records (Quercus)?

How do I log into Discoverer Reports Student Records (Quercus?)
Each College/School or Research Unit has been provided with a generic departmental unique login ID and password. Please contact your Head of College/School or Research Unit for the log in information.
How to request a New Generic Departmental Account on Discoverer Reports Student Records (Quercus)?
New generic departmental accounts can be requested from the Service Desk. Please note that written (email) authorization from your Head of College/School or Research Unit is required.
How do I change the password on a Departmental Account?
Passwords expire every 60 days. To reset the password follow the steps online. Please note if this password is changed, you must communicate the new password to the staff members who use the Reports Service in your College/School or Research Unit.
Can I see a full list of reports available?
A full list of ISS maintained reports are available. To view this list;
- Select Open an existing workbook and click Browse...

From the Open Workbook from Database screen, select EUL10g and click Open

From the QUERCUS.EUGL10g - Oracle BI Discoverer - Windows Internet Explorer screen,
go to the bottom toolbar and click on 03 - Workbooks, Business Areas and Sheets

Can I request a new Report?
New generic departmental accounts can be requested from the Service Desk. Please note that written (email) authorization from your Head of College/School or Research Unit is required.
Can I create my own Departmental Report?
Yes you can create your own report. Contact Human Resources for Discoverer training .
Who maintains Departmental Reports?
Reports created by Departmental Accounts are maintained by your own Department. Queries regarding fields added / results should be directed to the staff member in your own department who created the report.
Can I print a report?

How to Export to Excel from Discoverer Web:
- Click on the Export to Excel button (this is the end button on the top toolbar)
- It goes to documents and settings folder (for Windows XP) and to C:Users your staff id folder for Windows 7
Click on Export to Excel button again to see the location - Alternatively, you can go to File (top left-hand corner) and select Export to Excel
I cannot access a report "Created by Quercus"?
Please contact the Service Desk, giving details of your Generic Departmental Unique login ID and the Report Name.
