Note: If you find that the online publised calendars are not working, you can do the following to see the PC Suite timetable in your own Outlook Calendar

This is a READ ONLY view of the PC Suite calendar -  you cannot put an entry here, you can just view bookings

- Click on Calendar in Outlook

- In My Calendar, right click and Add Calendar

- From Room List

- Choose the calendar you wish to view – tick it, and click on Rooms – then click ok

The PC Suite calendar will appear on your list of calendars and will display as a calendar to the right hand side of your own -  click on the date range you wish to view and you will see all current bookings in there.
