How do I log in to a computer in the University?

Login to the computers in the University with your Campus Account credentials

Why can't I log in to the computer?

Ensure that you are typing in your Campus Account ID / Student ID number as your User ID.  Ensure that you are typing in your password correctly.
If the steps above do not work, restart the computer and attempt to log in again. Finally, try to log in to a different computer.  If you still cannot log in, contact visit the Service Desk. Remember to bring your University of Galway student ID card.

How do I log out?

1. Click the Start button at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
2. From the menu, choose Shut Down.
3. From the options listed, select Close all programs and log on as another user.
4. Click OK.
