Each student is automatically assigned a Campus Account and Student Email account. Your Campus Account credentials provide access to Email and Microsoft 365, PC Suites, WiFi, Canvas, Library Systems, Self-Service Registration, MyCampus, Placement, Exam timetable and Exam results.
Please note: Your computer account (including email) will be automatically disabled when you are no longer a registered student at University of Galway. No extensions to this account or email address are permitted.
How do I get a Campus Account and Password?
You need to activate your Campus Account, you can do this by going online CASS and use the following credentials: - Your User ID (also known as your CAO / Registration ID number) and Temporary Activation Password
What is my Activation Password?
Your Activation Password is a temporary password which allows you to activate your Campus Account
What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, go online to CASS complete the prompted questions and reset your Campus Password
Why can't I activate my CASS account?
Your CASS account is only available for activation 120 days prior to your course start date. It is not possible to activate your account before this.
What happens to my computer account after I leave the University of Galway?
Your computer account (including email) will be automatically disabled when you are no longer a registered student at University of Galway. No extensions to this account or email address are permitted.
