Student Records (Quercus)

Description

This service enables the University to conduct all student academic and financial administrative processes. It also delivers a suite of online services for students and staff including reporting services. The service is delivered under the leadership of ISS who are responsible for its support and development.

How To Obtain This Service

Administration and Academic staff can access the elements of the student records service via the following links:

Students can access the relevant elements of the student records service via the following links:

Prerequisites For The Use This Service
  • Administrative Staff
    Staff must be currently on the University of Galway payroll (excludes retired staff) system. Staff log in to Student Records - Quercus using their Campus Account credentials
  • Academic Staff
    Staff must be currently on the University of Galway payroll (excludes retired staff) system. Staff log in to the Student Records System portal using their Campus Account credentials, but must also have access to modules within their College, School, or Discipline in order to view relevant information.
  • Students
    Students must use their Campus Account credentials






Availability

The student records system is available 24x7 both on and off campus

Cost

There is no charge to students or staff for the use of the student records system
