DESCRIPTION

Enterprise Applications - Student Support Service – Careers Service (aka Career Connect) is a web solution used by the Careers Office Staff. Career connect provides appointment, task, event, opportunity, bulk email, CV and recruitment management services via flexible web interface.

Active Directory Federated services allows all registered students to use this service.

University of Galway graduates can create their own account and this will remain active for 3 years.  Staff have their own login into Career’s Connect.  Companies can register and create their own account to get access.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE USE THIS SERVICE

Staff Access Management
This is managed and maintain by the Business.

Student Access Management
Student Authentication uses the student’s campus account.

Graduate Access Management
Graduates can create an account on the web portal, which will remain active for 3 years. 

External Company  Access Management
Companies can create their own account on the web portal.

AVAILABILITY

Student Support Service – Career’s  Service  – is available 24x7 from on and off campus 

COST

There is no charge to staff for the use of Career’s Service.
