IHDI Mentor Panel

IHDI Mentor Panel

IHDI Mentor Panel

The IHDI Mentor Panel brings together experienced researchers and advisors from across the University to provide targeted, practical support for colleagues preparing competitive grant applications. All panel members are active mentors who currently offer ad‑hoc guidance, and this formal structure ensures clearer access, consistent feedback, and a transparent process for engaging with mentors.

This Panel will support early‑career and established researchers by reviewing draft proposals, sharing insights from relevant funding schemes, and offering discipline‑specific expertise. A formal engagement system will streamline requests, while upcoming annual events—such as reviewer Q&A sessions and mentor‑led guidance workshops—will help applicants understand what makes a strong, successful application.

Through shared knowledge, structured support, and collective experience across multiple funders and grant types, the IHDI Mentor Panel aims to strengthen the institute’s research culture and enhance success in external funding.
