Workplace Investigations Duration: 2.5 hours Facilitator: Michelle Halloran Course Content: This training will guide participants through the key concepts of why, when and how we must conduct workplace investigations, including an overview of the legal framework and guiding legal principles, and the relevant University of Galway policies for conducting workplace investigations, how to plan and organise an effective investigation (drafting terms of reference, setting up and conducting investigation interviews, managing the communications and documentation, how to form reasonable conclusions and finally how to write an investigation report.
