Train the Trainer Duration: 3 full days Facilitator: DCM Learning Course Content: This 3 day QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer (Training Delivery and Evaluation) course is designed to help facilitators enhance their existing skills and prepare them to deliver training sessions in a dynamic and thought-provoking way. This course covers the nature of training, improving presentations and training skills, the trainer's role, individual learners' styles and best practice methods for evaluating training sessions. The course will also help facilitators consider their own learners and how their style should be adapted depending on the skills set and experience of their learners. ***Following the 3 days training, learners will have 6 weeks to work on course assignments to achieve the QQI accreditation*** Staff who are interested in this workshop should register via: People XD | 28.0.93 (corehr.com) and search for “Trainer”.
