Course Content:

This 3-day QQI Level 6 Project Management Course is very practical and interactive. All the core Project Management skills are covered including planning, managing and closing projects; risk management; resource and scope planning; quality control; leadership techniques. 

This course is focused on exploring the fundamental principles of successful project management and incorporates a number of easy to apply, effective tools and techniques that will allow the learners to become more confident and competent in managing a project. 

The course is a good option for individuals who:

• Are new to the field of project management
• Want to gain a general understanding of the principles of project management
• Want to improve their project management skills
• Are looking for a nationally recognised credential

Following the 3 days training, learners will have 6 weeks to work on course assignments.
